The Company

Advanced Simtech is an independently owned engineering consultancy, emerging from a management buyout of the UK office of (TNO Automotive Safety Solutions BV) in January 2007.

 Our heritage from TNO: the world leading safety research organisation, has provided us with a formidable foundation in crash safety and occupant modelling. From this foundation Advanced Simtech have developed a range of bespoke methodologies to assist in solving real world problems, with particular expertise in the areas of accident investigation, collision reconstruction and human biomechanics.

As well as providing a range of specialist engineering services, we continue to act as sole agents and representatives for  products and services in the UK, Scandinavia and Benelux regions and actively promote and support the application of these tools.

 In order to maintain accuracy when dealing with our real world accident cases we began investing in 3D Laser Scanning in 2008 and have successfully applied this technology to forensic investigation for the UK courts as well as bespoke scanning services to new and existing customers, such as:
